  This unit is a 12ft x 35ft park trailer, very large bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with a walk-in shower, kitchen and large living room area with sliding glass door. The couch has a full-size pull-out bed. Nice enclosed screen room with comfy seating. This is our only rental unit with a mini split for heating and air conditioning. The bedroom has window AC unit in the bedroom. This unit rental price is $1400.00 per month plus propane and electric. A $350.00 deposit is required to secure this rental unit.   This unit is 34ft Newman 5th wheel. It has 2 slide outs, one in the living room and the other in bedroom. It has a queen size bed and a full-size pull out couch for extra guests to sleep on. Bathroom has direct hard plumbing so no worries about black or gray water tanks being emptied. This unit has a shed for storage. This unit also has two window air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in kitchen window. Heat is provided by portable oil filled radiator heaters. This unit rental price is $1200.00 per month plus propane and electric. A $350.00 deposit is required to secure this rental unit.   This rental is a 12ft x 36ft park trailer. It has a queen bed with a TV in the bedroom. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. There a nice size kitchen with dining / seating area. This unit has central air conditioning and Heat. There is a small carport with a BBQ grill. The rental price is $1400.00 per month plus propane and electric. All rental units are Park owned as we do not allow sub-letting in our park.
All rentals unit come with filled propane tanks, it is the renters responsibility to fill upon departure.
All units come with BBQ grill and outdoor furniture.
All rental units are smoke free.
All units have cable TV but no Wifi. Wifi is an additional cost of $45.00 a month paid to 3-D communications.
All units are furnished with linens, bedding, towels, basic kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot etc.
Some units are pet friendly with an additional $250.00 pet deposit if applicable.
Rental units may be rented by the week (if available) ranging from $300.00 to $350.00 a week.
Rental units are rented on a first come / first serve basis and usually rented a year in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PARK RENTALS:

50 % of 1st month's rent due to secure rental unit. Balance of 1st month paid by September 1st.
If guest cancels reservation 90 days before arrival, receive all but $100 back.
If guest cancels reservation 60 days or longer before arrival, receive all but $300.
If guest cancels reservation 30 days prior before arrival, guest forfeits payment for month.
