Unit 19 – “Lucy” (30 ft Fifth Wheel)

This 30 ft fifth wheel features a spacious living room with a large slide-out. The unit includes a queen bed and a jackknife couch, making it suitable for comfortable extended stays. The bathroom includes a shower, and the kitchen/living area provides a cozy, functional space.

This 32 ft NASH travel trailer features a large living room slide-out and an additional bedroom slide-out for extra comfort and space. The unit offers a queen bedroom, spacious bathroom with shower, and a cozy kitchen and living area.

Enjoy outdoor cooking and relaxing with the included BBQ grill. The unit also includes central heating and air conditioning, plus a bedroom window A/C unit for additional cooling.

Cancellation Policy for Park-Owned Rentals

The 1st month’s rent is due to secure a rental unit.
If a guest cancels a reservation 60 days or more before arrival, they will receive a refund of all funds except $100.
If guest cancels reservation 30 days prior before arrival, guest forfeits one half.
If a guest cancels a reservation 30 days or less before arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
